How to get my order
We strive to make it as affordable and easy as possible to get your hands on our products.

For those of you that live in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, you have the option of picking up your order directly from one of our distributors in Tygervalley centre. They are called Something Personal and located, opposite Edgars & Crispy Crème.
​
Pick up time is between 9:30am to 6:30pm daily, Sundays until 4pm.
Alternatively have your order delivered directly to your door with a courier.
Please make sure you add your contact number when you place the order, for the courier to contact you if need be.
When will I receive my order
Our delivery lead times are mainly determined by two factors, order time (time of day) and the delivery address, so delivery times could vary from order to order.

If your order is received by 12:00 on weekdays, it will be sent out for delivery the next day.

Below is an estimated breakdown of delivery lead times based on where you live.
​
Cape town and surroundings : 2 working days
Main Centres (JHB, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port
Elizabeth, East London and George): 3 working days
Other areas: 3-4 working days
When will it cost
You can either pick it up from Tygervalley as detailed above or have it delivered to your door at a flat rate of R95.00.
Returns
We take pride in the quality of our stock, and have rigorous quality controls. If you are not 100% happy with the quality of your purchase, you may return the items to Bling Thing, free of charge. You will have 7 days to return these items. This free return policy is available to all shoppers, no matter how much they spend on their order.

Consequently, if upon receiving your purchase you are not satisfied with your products and wish to return it for a refund as aforesaid, please retain the product's original packaging, with labels attached, and do not use/wear the product. Returns will need to be taken to a convenient drop off point for return to our warehouse in Cape Town. We use a number of couriers for this, depending on where you are returning the goods from, so contact us to find out the best way to go about this.

We will process your refund within 10 working days of the returned products having been received. Should you have paid for the associated order via credit card, the refund will be processed to your credit card. Should you have paid for the associated order via EFT, your refund will be processed to your bank account.
Please note, you risk delaying the refund process if the steps outlined above are not carefully followed. In addition, you may not be entitled to any refund if returned products are not sent back to Bling Thing in the exact packaging it was received in, with labels attached, in resalable conditions. Bling Thing also reserves the right not to refund a returned product if the product is returned without its original protective packaging and not safely packed in a delivery box. Furthermore, Bling Thing will not process a refund on defective or incorrect products should you not have followed the procedures of this Returns Policy.
